What are we doing here?
It’s an old saying, one that has been floating around my life for years. “You might as well shout into a thunderstorm”, or so they say. The meaning is clear – the world doesn’t care about your feelings. The storm thunders on, inevitable, oblivious and uncaring. Shout until your lungs give out, shout until your throat tears, shout and scream and bellow all you can. Nothing can change the nature of the storm, or even alter its heading. All of your screaming and shouting will amount to nothing, in the end.
So what?
Have you ever felt like the world is going crazy? Do you feel isolated, alarmed, anxious, or generally confused by how insane everything seems to be? Have you ever felt that your words of reason are lost on the people around you? Me too. I think we all feel like that sometimes.
This blog is an outlet for me to vent, to scream my lungs out, to complain and complain and complain. You are welcome to give any of these rants a read if you’re interested. If you wound up here by accident, I apologize for the cursing and the anger, and I hope you can ignore my ramblings and move on with your life.
If by some miracle you find any of this interesting, or you just want to have a nice chuckle at my expense, feel free to stick around. The only end to my posts will be when the subject matter runs out, and it never will.
